Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oil your choice (canola was the norm)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar your choice (white was the norm)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard/mustard powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar optional

Method
 

  1. Mix and use over salad as enjoyed.
